Robin Wiener is a nationally recognized leader and change agent in healthcare IT and patient engagement. She brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, management and product strategy to her position as president and founding partner of Get Real Health.
Ms. Wiener leads business development and marketing efforts for Get Real Health, leveraging her outstanding people skills and a large network of contacts to identify opportunities and close sales. She also cultivates the company’s growing list of strategic partnerships around the world.
Ms. Wiener has an innate knack for identifying the skill sets integral to a successful team. Her corporate leadership abilities are evidenced by Get Real Health’s impressive employee retention rate and the staff’s unwavering commitment to the company’s success.
Chief Technology Officer & Founding Partner
A renowned speaker and expert in the health IT arena, Jason Harmon specializes in complex, large scale, high performance applications. As Get Real Health’s CTO, Mr. Harmon has focused on health software architecture and as such gained recognition from Microsoft for his work on their Healthvault and SQL server platforms.
His ability to simply and effectively communicate with clients about these complicated solutions and platforms makes Mr. Harmon a key player on Get Real Health’s customer relationship team. He is also responsible for setting and overseeing technology standards and practices within the company.
Prior to co-founding Get Real Health, Mr. Harmon worked for more than 20 years as a technology executive, including his role as VP of Software Development for USWeb/CKS, and chief architect of their iFrame platform for hosted applications.
Mark Heaney, CPHIMS
Chief Strategist & Founding Partner
Throughout his career, Mr. Heaney has utilized his foresight to craft practical, award-winning software designs. This ability to anticipate trends led to the creation of Get Real Health’s InstantPHR® product, now deployed in healthcare organizations worldwide.
Mr. Heaney’s vision and deep industry knowledge have garnered him invitations to speak at forums and roundtables as well as the opportunity to testify on Capitol Hill on the topic of health IT. His client list includes healthcare giants such as New York Health & Hospital Corp., MedStar Health, UnitedHealth Group, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, Premera Blue Cross, and the American Heart Association.
Prior to co-founding Get Real Health, Mr. Heaney served USWeb as Vice President of Architecture and Development and created the USWeb-Microsoft Joint Technology Laboratory. Mr. Heaney also led the design and development of the SMBLive software platform, a software startup acquired by ReachLocal.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sreenilayam brings nearly two decades of experience in project development and oversight to his role of Chief Operating Officer for Get Real Health. His sound, strategic IT planning skills have streamlined processes and resource allocation for the company’s US and Indian offices.
An Agile Methodology expert, Mr. Sreenilayam has spearheaded projects—both large and small—from the requirements phase through deployment, with stakeholders at the forefront throughout. A sampling of his impressive career client list prior to Get Real Health includes AARP, USTA, the IRS, and Re/Max International.
Mr. Sreenilayam joined Get Real Health in 2005 and previously served as Director of Delivery for Bridgeline Digital.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Soska guides Get Real Health’s financial roadmap as the company continues to grow. An accomplished leader with extensive operational, financial and strategic experience, he has held senior executive positions in operations, finance, and software development.
He currently serves as president of a real estate investment venture and as a board member of an end-to-end cloud services implementation company. He is also skilled in mergers and acquisitions, sales, investor relations and negotiations, and has served with distinction in both early-stage and established private and publicly-traded global companies.
Mr. Soska also brings his experience in expanding an international footprint to Get Real Health as well as the skills to navigate global customer relations and related matters. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Managing Partner, Indian Operations
Mr. C.K.R. leads the Get Real Health development office in Bangalore, India.
Mr. C.K.R. has been with the company since its inception and currently serves at the helm of the development office in Bangalore, India. During his tenure at Get Real Health, he has been widely recognized for innovation in health IT software development, particularly with Microsoft HealthVault. As the developer of Healthvault X-ray, a tool used daily by the Healthvault development team, he was the recipient of the first Microsoft MVP award for his work on the HealthVault ecosystem.
Mr. C.K.R. is the sole liaison between the overseas office and the US headquarters. As such, he manages resources for all projects, performs all hiring duties and ensures that developers have the latest training and certifications.
Mr. C.K.R. has received awards and recognition from IEEE for his technical seminars and has published numerous articles on C programming.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Mr. Maxey brings nearly two decades of sales acumen in Population Health and Health IT to his post as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Alan directs the company’s sales process across multiple departments and decision makers.
Setting and achieving goals within a rapidly expanding business base, like that of Get Real Health, is Mr. Maxey’s niche. He mirrors the company’s commitment to customer service, empowering patients and relationship building.
Mr. Maxey is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has completed nationally recognized sales and training programs. His work history includes powerhouse organizations including IBM Watson, Phytel and McKesson.
Dave Wattling is committed to the widespread use of information and communications technologies to improve the health of Canadians and the sustainability of Canada’s healthcare system. An IT veteran, he brings more than 30 years of global healthcare experience spanning software and services to the Get Real Health board of directors.
Currently, Mr. Wattling leads TELUS Health’s Enterprise Solutions line of business that provides a wide array of leading-edge solutions and digital services to health regions, hospitals and government agencies. In this capacity, he assembles innovative, scalable eHealth, mHealth, personal health record, clinical and health-monitoring services to meet the growing needs of TELUS’ larger health clients.
An accomplished entrepreneur and award-winning management consultant, Mr. Wattling brings deep knowledge gained from building and selling a number of successful software and services businesses. His real-world feedback regarding the roadblocks of starting and growing a small business has proven invaluable to Get Real Health.
Mr. Wattling has served as board member and chair of several for-profit and nonprofit organizations over the years. He chairs the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation board in Ontario and sits on CATA’s National Leadership Council as well as several boards of TELUS’ investee companies.
Mr. Wattling holds the Certified Management Consultant (gold medalist), Information Systems Professional and ICD Certified Director designations. In 2012, he received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, which honors significant contributions and achievements by Canadians.
