Seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist with a high degree of initiative for the position of HR Coordinator. Under the direction of the Director of Accounting and Finance, and working closely with leadership throughout the organization, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment, retention activities, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and personnel records management. The Solution Architect works closely with the Sales Team to convert customer requirements into the architecture and design that ultimately constitute the blueprint for the solution. In that process, you will rely on product knowledge and a wide-range of technical skills and experience to develop effective solutions for prospective and existing clients.
You will assist in the sales and project initiation processes by analyzing and understanding client requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between client requirements and existing product functionality, and defining solutions to bridge the gap. The solution architect must understand not just the IT needs of the customer but also the overall impact of the solution to the customers’ workflows and business needs.
You will be responsible for clearly documenting the technical architecture and scope and reviewing these documents with both the client and service delivery teams to ensure the solution built meets the customer’s needs.
