With varied backgrounds, each individual adds a unique perspective to the organization while sharing a common commitment to unwavering customer service and the best in technology. The founding partners have built a unique synergy working together for over a dozen years.
Mark Heaney, CEO & Founding Partner
The visionary behind the InstantPHR product, Mr. Heaney has designed and architected dozens of consumer health applications for organizations like American Heart Association, UnitedHealth Group, TELUS Health Solutions, Microsoft, Premera Blue Cross, Medstar Health, The American Cancer Society, and Kaiser Permanente.
Prior to co-founding Get Real Health, Mr. Heaney served USWeb as Vice President of Architecture and Development and created the USWeb -Microsoft Joint Technology Laboratory.
Mr. Heaney studied Psychology at the University of Maryland at College Park and holds numerous technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Novell.
Robin Wiener, President & Founding Partner
Ms. Wiener has a knack for understanding, engaging, and motivating people.
Ms. Wiener oversees all sales and marketing efforts for Get Real Health and is responsible for building and cultivating Get Real Health’s strategic partnerships around the world.
Ms. Wiener is also responsible for building the incredible Get Real Health team maintaining their exceptional level of teamwork.
Prior to co-founding Get Real Health, Ms. Wiener served as Director for USWeb/CKS.
Jason Harmon, CTO & Founding Partner
Mr. Harmon is Get Real’s CTO, and has an extensive background as a technology executive with more than twenty years of software architecture and development experience specializing in large-scale, high performance applications.
In addition to architecting many of the systems built by Get Real Health, Mr. Harmon sets and oversees technology standards and practices.
Prior to co-founding Get Real Health, Mr. Harmon worked as VP of Software Development for USWeb/CKS, and was the chief architect of their iFrame platform for hosted applications.
Mr. Harmon has been recognized by Microsoft for his contributions to the HealthVault and SQL Server platforms and has spoken at conferences and universities in the US and Europe.
Rajesh C.K.R., Managing Partner, Indian Operations
Mr. C.K.R. leads the Get Real Health development office in Bangalore, India.
He is been widely recognized for innovation in Health IT software development, particularly with Microsoft HealthVault. As the developer of Healthvault X-ray, a tool used daily by the Healthvault development team, he was the recipient of the first Microsoft MVP award for his work on the HealthVault ecosystem.
Mr. C.K.R. has received awards and recognition from IEEE for his technical seminars and has published numerous articles on C programming.
Cortney Nicolato, CPHIT, Vice President, Marketing & Strategy
Cortney M. Nicolato, CPHIT currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Strategy for Get Real Health and is responsible for strategic planning, solution design and marketing for Get Real’s award winning list of clients.
Previous to this role, Ms. Nicolato served as Director of Quality & Health IT Business Development for the National Center of the American Heart Association (AHA) and its division, the American Stroke Association (ASA). In this role, Ms. Nicolato led the Association’s new product development activities for their Quality and Health Information Technology suite of programs, including the AHA’s positioning on Personal Health Technologies.
Ms. Nicolato is actively involved in the Health IT community. She holds the prestigious Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIT) designation, and has also served on the Personal Health Workgroup for the Certification Commission of Health Information Technology (CCHIT) and chaired CCHIT’s Cardiovascular Workgroup. She now participates on the Center for Aging Services Technologies EHR workgroup as well as various work groups for HIMSS’ eConnecting with Consumers Committee.
Ms. Nicolato holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island. Ms. Nicolato has won numerous awards in her career including the Army National Guard Minuteman Award, the highest honor the Army National Guard bestows on a civilian.
Manoj Sreenilayam, Vice President, Operations
Mr. Sreenilayam has over 15 years of experience in product development, implementation of large software systems across various vertical industries, supervising delivery of custom solutions, and managing technical operations. Mr. Sreenilayam also has extensive experience in strategic IT planning and technology implementations, as well as overseeing large and small scale project implementations and disseminating IT Best Practices.
Prior to joining Get Real Health, Mr. Sreenilayam was the Director of Delivery at Bridgeline Digital and created the global delivery model for the organization. The United States Tennis Association (USTA), Re/Max Realty, AARP and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are but a sampling of Mr. Sreenilayam’s previous clients. Mr. Sreenilayam has an MBA from University of Maryland and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from University of Kerala, India.
Andy Payne, Manager, European Operations
Mr. Payne is an experienced solution architect and certified project manager who is equally fluent in business and technology.
Prior to joining Get Real Health, Mr. Payne was the technical lead for the Microsoft HealthVault personal health data platform in the UK, where he spent 7 years helping deliver innovative technology solutions for Microsoft and its customers.
Though based in the UK, Mr. Payne has successfully delivered as part of multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse teams and worked with CIOs to deliver lighthouse personal health and mHealth projects on Microsoft HealthVault using Get Real Health’s InstantPHR platform.
Mr. Payne has over 20 years of experience in delivering heterogeneous technology solutions in Healthcare, Telecoms, Media, and Public Sector markets, among others.
